Family Consumer Sciences (FCS) educators work to help families make informed decisions to meet the challenges of today’s changing times and to improve their quality of life. FCS interest areas include information on healthy food choices, low-cost healthy snacks and meals, food safety, money management skills, credit education, protecting personal identity, saving for the future, consumer buying skills, Medicare Part D, and budgeting to meet family needs. The FCS Educator for the West 2 Field Education Unit is Deb Rombough based in Lawrence County.
