NOTICE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY AUCTION
WHEREAS, Meade County is the legal owner of the below described property, and
WHEREAS, the Meade County Board of County Commissioners have declared the below described property as surplus pursuant to SDCL 6-13 and declared the same subject to sale at auction on May 16, 2017 at 9:30 am, at the County Fair Building near Sturgis High School, 1 mile east of Sturgis SD on HWY 34.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT KNOWN THE BELOW PROPERTY will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash under the direction of the Bertolotto Real Estate and Auction Company:

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Meade County Commissioners at the Erskine Administrative Building, Sturgis, SD, on April 26th, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. will consider new (retail on-sale liquor w/Sunday sales) application for the 2017 licensing year. Said applicant is as follows:

KICKSTANDS LLC, Tract Elkview Revised of Elkview Subdivision in Meade County Dakota, as shown on the plat filed in Plat Book 21, Pages 317-318.
