A public hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving public testimony on the proposed vacation of a portion of section line right-of-way of the following described real property:

LPN Holdings, LLC., Land Owner– Section Line R.O.W. from the East Line of Tract A of the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 5 and the NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 8 thru Blocks 5,4 and 3 to the West Lot Line of Lot ML-8 of Schnell’s Addition to the City of Sturgis.

Located along the section line common to Section 5 and Section 8, Township 5 North, Range 5 East, Black Hills Meridian, City of Sturgis, Meade County, SD.

The hearing will be held on August 23, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Meade County Erskine Administrative Building/Commissioners’ Meeting Room - Sturgis SD.
