NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION OF SECTION LINE RIGHT-OF-WAY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition has been received by the Meade County Board of County Commissioners, pursuant to SDCL 31-3, requesting that the following Section Line Right-of-Way be vacated:
A Portion of Section Line R.0.W. being 66' (feet) in width from the Quarter Corner East to the Sixteenth Corner and previously Vacated Section Line R.O.W. as recorded in Book 848 at Page 74. Located along the section line common to Section 8 and Section 17, Township 5 North, Range 5 East, Black Hills Meridian, City of Sturgis, Meade County, South Dakota.
The hearing will be held on May 23, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Meade County
Erskine Administrative Building/Commissioners’ Meeting Room - Sturgis SD.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition has been received by the Meade County Board of County Commissioners, pursuant to SDCL 31-3, requesting that the following Section Line Right-of-Way be vacated:
The Section line ROW on each side of Section line of Section 31, T3N, R7E, B.H.M. of Meade County, South Dakota. Richardson Plot Lot A of 31-2-7 Less ROW, Parcel ID 20.60.0A7, and Section line of Section 6, T2N, R7E, B.H.M. of Meade County, South Dakota. Richardson Plot Lot U Less ROW Parcel ID 20.60.0U: commencing at the east edge of both Lot A of SW1/4 of the SW1/4 Less R/W, Section 31, T3N, R7E. and Lot U of the NW1/4 of the NW1/4 Less R/W of Section 6, T3N, R7E, B.H.M., Meade County, South Dakota, to the west edge of Lot A of the SW1/4 of the SW1/4 Less R/W, of Section 31, T3N, R7E and Lot U of the NW1/4 of the NW1/4 Less R/W of Section 6, T2N, R7E, B.H.M. Meade County, South Dakota.
