NOTICE OF HEARING UPON APPLICATIONS FOR SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Meade County Commissioners at the Erskine Administrative Building, Sturgis, SD, on April 27, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. will consider a transfer of beverage applications for the 2016-2017 licensing year. Said applicants are as follows:

TRANSFER:

Original Spoke, LLC – Township 6 North, Range 6 East of the B.H.M., Meade County SD

Section 6: Government Lots 5, 6 & 7; SW1/4NE1/4; SW Diagonal Half of the SE1/4NE1/4; SE1/4NW1/4; E1/2SW1/4; SE1/4

Section 7: Government Lot 1; N1/2NE1/4; NE1/4NW1/4 – Retail (on-off sale) Malt Beverage and Retail (on-sale) Liquor w/Sunday sales– to Full Throttle Saloon and Campground, LLC.

Notice is further given that any person, persons, or their attorney may appear at said scheduled public hearing and present objections to any or all applicants, if any objections there be.
