Public Service Announcement: Avalanche Road Closure for Harvest Meadows Development
The following is an announcement for a road closure and detour along Avalanche Road in Sturgis:
Starting at 7 a.m. Wednesday, December 10, 2025, a portion of Avalanche Road will be closed and detoured thru the Harvest Meadows Subdivision, for the installation of utilities for the Harvest Meadows Subdivision. Attached is the Traffic Control Plan for the detour route which will divert traffic to Orchard Street and Harvest Hils Drive back to Avalanche Road.
All traffic control devices and road maintenance of the detour route will be maintained by Wilson Contracting for the duration of the project, which is expected to last approximately 30 days.
