Notice of Hearing Upon Applications for Sale of Alcoholic Beverages
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Meade County Commissioners in the Meade County Offices Building (Erskine Bldg.) Sturgis, SD, on February 8, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. will consider a transfer application for the 2016/2017-licensing year. Said applicant is as follows:
TRANSFER:
Elkview Campground LLC – Track Elkview Revised of Elkview Subdivision in Meade County, South Dakota, as shown on the plat filed in Plat Book 21, Pages 317-318.
Parcel No. 17.78.EVR, also known as 13014 Pleasant Valley Road, Sturgis SD.
And
Tract JM Revised of Elkview Subdivision, as shown on the plat filed in Plat Book 21 on Page 317; excepting therefrom Utility Lot 1 of Tract JM of Elkview Subdivision, as shown on the plat filed in Plat Book 21 on Page 281; and
Tract Marler, located in the E1/2SW1/4 and the W1/2SE1/4 of Section 31, Township 5 North, Range 6 East of the Black Hills Meridian, and located in Government Lots 1 and 2 in Section 6, Township 4 North, Range 6 East of the Blacks Hills Meridian, Meade County, South Dakota as shown on the plat filed in Plat Book 20 on Page 71. - Retail On-Off Sale Malt Beverage/SD Farm Wine to Kickstands LLC.
Notice is further given that any person, persons, or their attorney may appear at said scheduled public hearing and present objections to any or all applicants, if any objections there be.
